That's a great 10-disc B&W set you picked up. Lots of gems in there.

I got Om Shanti Om Blu-ray! I can't wait to rewatch the movie some day. The blu-ray of Shahrukh Khan's Darr was so inexpensive (compared to other Indian Blu-rays) that I had to buy it too. I haven't yet seen the movie but I like the Kannada remake Preethse very much so I hope I will like also the Hindi version. I finally found Rajinikanth's Arunachalam with English subtitles! I also made a random blind buy at the clearance category. The movie was Action No. 1 and it indeed has ridiculous action scenes.

Bought PK (DVD collector 2 discs) and Dil Bole Hadippa! (2009) (Blu-Ray) at amazon.uk. The seller is All@in@one, in India. The delivery was longer than expected, and the Blu-Ray appeared to be a DVD... Luckily, the images are good, and the seller accepted to refund the difference.

Made my first order from Bhavani DVD! I have pre-ordered Baahubali from them, and they have quite the library of Telugu and Malayalam films.
Dil Dhadakne Do on Blu-ray (saw it in theater, looking forward to watching again) Mr. Perfect (Prabhas) on Blu-ray (seen it on youtube) Bujjigadu (Prabhas) which I have not seen yet Bangalore Days (Dulquer Salmaan) (awful experience watching on einthusan, looking forward to seeing it without fits and stops and on Blu-ray!) Ustaad Hotel on Blu-ray (Dulquer Salmaan) (so looking forward to watching this as I couldn't find it online)
I did a little happy dance when I saw the package!

So interesting to see how others are building their DVD collections...my latest Amazon order included An Evening in Paris, Aradhana, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Piku, The Lunchbox, I Hate Luv Storys, and Dabangg. Dabangg I had loaned out but now since I've moved recently I don't know that I'll ever get it back...uggh. It's funny, even tho I could watch it on Netflix or ErosNOW I still need to *own* it. [shakes fist at materialistic/hoarding impulse] I Hate Luv Storys is one of those that I owned but then weeded out and then I decided I needed to own again...I hate when that happens, too.
I'm contemplating my first Induna.com order...decent pricing if you buy in bulk. I usually try to wait until DVDs are beneath $10 before I buy (or if I really can't wait to own something, if my total order at any given time averages out to $10 per DVD).

Latest order from Induna is on its way -
Before the Rains - this is on Youtube dubbed in Hindi with no subtitles and the English version I found on YouTube and Dailymotion the audio is out of sync with the video or it has Swedish (?) subtitles. Drat. Anyway it was cheap enough on Induna. Chowringhee
I haven't watched any from my last order yet!

Really looking forward to these.
Lagaan - Aamir Khan, Gracy Singh
Singh Is Kinng (2008) - Akshay Kumar, Katrina Kaif
Gabbar is Back - Akshay Kumar, Shruti K. Haasan
Bajrangi Bhaijaan (2015) - Salman Khan, Kareena Kapoor
Piku (2015) - Deepika Padukone, Irrfan Khan
Bahubali The Beginning - Prabhas, Rana Daggubati
And in a side note, I purchased a new, more powerful laptop. Mine died and I've been using a notebook which can't play DVDs and has a difficult time playing internet based films, even Netflix. I can hardly wait!
***ordered on Saturday from Shaanwood (ebay) and recieved them on Monday!! My 2 free DVDs are: Mehooba and Guddu Rangeela.

My next door neighbor returned from two weeks in India for a family wedding in Bangalore. She asked what I wanted her to bring, and I said DVDs! The second week she was in Chennai with her parents, 60 hours of that with no power with all the flooding. She apologized for only venturing out to one store where she brought me TEN Tamil DVDs and this full page picture ad of SRK in a Bangalore Times newspaper. These aren't purchases, but she gave them to me as a gift. Wouldn't take money. She said it was a struggle to find ones with subs, but I am just ecstatic. There's one Kamal Hassan, a few Madhavan ones, too and even the Tamil version of Mrs. Doubtfire! Billa Kushi CuckooRaja Rani (with Arya from Size Zero!! And Nazriya Nazim) Jeans Vettai Priyamana Thozi Goli Soda Anbe Sivam Avvai Shanmughi

I had a very nice Christmas. I got myself a new night shirt: My husband couldn't figure it out. Seriously? You don't have to watch Bollywood to have heard of the word 'namaste'. We draw names in our family, and my mom drew my name. She got me Dhoom 2 and 3 (which were on my Amazon list, she wouldn't have heard of them otherwise) but I was delighted that she surprised me with a Bollywood coloring book and pencils!
