Guilty pleasure: Bang Bang title track. The song could be better (disco overtones always make me cringe!) and the cinematography is a little sterilized (that makes no sense and I'm too tired to try and make it make sense

) but damned if Katrina and Hritik don't look amazing and dance their butts off. I LOVE it.

On a related note, I've kind of reached this phase in my Bollywood-appreciating life where I realize I might really be barking up the wrong tree by constantly searching for and demanding cerebral cinema from Bollywood. It definitely exists but sometimes it's just so much more fun to stop fighting the current and rejoice in all that mainstream cinema has to offer. Then when those more meaningful movies do come out it's just icing on the cake. : )
