Sounds to me more like "hot smoke" which would be much the same as "hot smog" except that smoke is caused by fire! D [snip - D] There's another question, not about the accent, but about a "hot smog", what could be a synonym? A big stud? A beautiful stallion? A handsome guy? [snip -D]

Now it's SRK's turn. Can you decypher his two lines?
Something like "Krish dekh lega" = Krish will see. But then? Maybe "Yeh hai yahan" = He is here.
What do you think?

Hello again! Another extract in which I can't decypher the song. I used Audacity "Vocal isolation" effect to try to hear better the voices, it works a little bit, but not that much. Can you do better? The French subs I have say: "What crucial test must we pass?" Do you think it could be the exact translation?

Well, maybe you'll have the solution for this following extract, at 1:54:55. Kareena is saying a single word, I think. And maybe, precisely, "Single"! So, as there a three "single", I duplicated the extract two extra times.
And, by the way, do you know why she wants to be called "Marcy"?

To my ears it sounds like "Bingo" which the Oxford dictionary says can be "used to express satisfaction or surprise at a sudden positive event or outcome."
WRT Marcy, it's been quite a while since I've seen the film but perhaps early on in it she wishes to be more Anglo than Indian?

Hello Dil Bert, now that you say it to me, I hear distinctly "Bingo!", too. Thank you for your answer. How could have I thought of "Single"?... Maybe I believed that wearing a handbag on the right shoulder was a English College code meaning "I am single, boys!" And yes, Kareena plays the role of Poo (short for Pooja), and I guess she doesn't want this name in England! When she is at school, she tries to act as an English girl. But nowhere else in the movie can we see that she is called Marcy. Maybe in a deleted scene?
