Hello,
Having rewatched Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham, I have decided to rewrite the French subtitles, as there are some misses.
So, here, at 0:1:10, there is a chant I can't decipher, would you please help me?
In the movie (BD), it appears at 1:29:50. It's not very long, I thing that four lines are repeated 3 times

Well, what I did:
I listened to more than 50 wedding chants, and then read the rituals.
The priest, the groom and the bride speak, saying ritual speeches.
So I made a patchwork (a mix) of what I considered important and nice, and I rebuilt rhymes (in my French version).
May we both be together in our home and never be parted.
May the Lord creator grant us progeny.
Who is giving what and to whom ?
Love is the Giver and Love the Receiver.
Love has entered into the Ocean of Being.
Through Love I receive you.
You are Nature. I am the Sky
You are the Earth. I am the seed
You are Speech. I am the melody
You are the bearer. I am mind
Even if these words are not at all what we hear, I think it will contribute to discover the hindu wedding ceremony.
Well, now something completely different (as The Monty Python used to say)
At 1:54:00, Pooja is saying a line that could mean several things:
Do you think she is saying something like;
"Ouch! Never buy things up heels"
Or
"Ouch! Never bite in the tails"?
In the French version, we hear: "Ouch! I forgot the strap" (French dubbers must adapt the words to the movements of the lips, so sometimes it is very different from the original speech)

I think she's saying, "Ouch! Never buy things at sales". I think so too, now that you suggest that "sales" is the key word. My previous guess had been "Never buy things with heels." Dancelover, who also believes that the actress could use diction lessons.  |

Dancelover, who also believes that the actress could use diction lessons.  In this movie, remember, she tries to be very "English", so she makes efforts to speak very fluently, but maybe speaks too fast. "With heels" could have been a good guess, too. Thanks to you. |

What does she say at the end of the video, when you see 3 question marks? Is it English? Is it Hindi? Is it Kareenish?
I guess it's something like "Never in my life!"

My guess would be "smog" is some slang, maybe an abbreviation (sexy man...?). I didn't find anything useful on a cursory search.
"How do you do it" is in this context is essentially a continuation of her complimenting the man on his appearance. It's kind of like "what's your secret for looking so good".

For smog, I amso found "sexy man", at the third section: www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=smogAnd for "How d'uou do it?", I also think it's more an exclamation than a question, meaning something like "How can you be so handsome!" Thank you for having confirmed, Dil Bert. And now, a few lines from the DJ. (Everything that is in English is not subbed in my BR). Here what I can hear: "Hey guys the DJ'll take a break for five minutes but you guys can party on with the .."?? Then Kareena says something like: "I'm just part.."?? "of you" or "of it" Can you help me for the missing words, please? |

I think she's saying "I'll just powder my nose", i.e. she's going to the toilet.

Ho yes, very good, Dil Bert. Once again you give me a nice answer. Thanks for the link to audacity, I use this excellent tool very often, sometimes to create special effects. But I've never tried the Voice Remover, thanks, it will be fun and interesting. To slow down the audio (with the video as well), you can use VLC (videolan) Just clic on the 1.00x at the bottom  then you can either slide the cursor or clic on the double-arrows signs  |
