All right! I don't know if we can do that in France. The street doesn't belong to us. Only the municipal authority can put traffic signals. But you American are very wise to do it, it is good sense to preserve children.

Hello again , Do you know if exists any real traffic signs this strip refers to? Or is it just a funny picture? I found some other ones:

So you think it is a compliment, addressed to Snoopy. Why not?

Hello my favourite cartoon readers! Here's a strange (for me) one: Is it aimed at Charlie? According to one of the definitions found in the urbandictionary: www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=you%20dog, the meaning would be: "Hey, boy, you disgust me, you accept to be the bagboy of this dog in order to make friend with him." We would then translate it in French by: "Ah ! Le toutou !"

Hi Bollyfans,
I am translating Raj Kapoor's 1959 movie, and at 1:47:13, I believe the English subtitles are a bit too short. What do you think Miss D'Sa say?
You'll find the whole movie here:

Thanks, I had seen that not-so-good movie Fiza, and this clip was the most interesting part, fabulous. And I like this non-item song:

Hi MrB, I didn't know that meaning, but thanks to you, I found it in the Urban Dictionary paragraph 6
It's strange that "number" could also refers to a sexy woman paragrah#9 (and other things that I can' decently report here). You made me discover new words: item, scantily, and clad, thank you again. I searched on the web "item queen", but I should have looked for item numberWikipedia.fr speaks of Sushmita Sen in Sirf Tum, did you know?

Hello, I rewatched with great pleasure and after about 25mn, Kamini is named "Item Queen". I believe it's a nickname for someone who makes dance numbers, or comedy numbers, but I can't find the equivalent in French. Have you an idea?

Hello dancelover, that's right: "un homme grand" means a man who is tall and "un grand homme" means a great man (regarding to what he did).

Hello MrB, excellent! Thank you, now this strip sounds much more comic to me. It looks like maths, but it means something like "C'est bonnet blanc et blanc bonnet" in French!

Hi everybody, i wish you a very Happy New Year, full of joy and Bollywoods! Poor Peppermint Patty, she struggles hard to understand fractions, but fails every time. In this strip, her answer is very strange. Could you please translate it mathematically, and try to write something like "6/1 and 6/12"?

Hello dancelover, this is becoming more and more precise, and I have now a very clear picture of what this word "occupant" means, thank you.
