Okay so this is slightly of topic. It's a song that featured on a TV talent competition show called Bollywood Star. I love the melody of this. I don't have any Indian friends so I can't ask anyone outside the forum to help me with this. So I was hoping you'd translate the lyrics of this beautiful song. I don't know if it's Hindi or Punjabi or something else entirely language wise.
aao huzoor tumko, sitaron mein le chalo dil jhoom jaaye aise, bahaaron mein le chaloon, aao huzoor tumko, sitaron mein le chalo dil jhoom jaaye aise, huzoor aao, aaaa, aaaa..... hai re mere, daadia rabba... babul tere, kinane lejaania aye... hai ve mere, daadia rabba... mehlan vichon teri lado noeeee, chittiyan chittiyan..... babul tere.. mehlan vichon... teri lado kinna jammiya, des to ud diyan chittiyan chittiyan..... vichon teri laado kinnane lejaania aye doeeee..... hai re mere, daadia rabba... babul tere, kinnane lejaania aye... hai ve mere, daadia rabba... mehlan vichon teri lado doeeee, chittiyan chittiyan..... babul tere.. mehlan vichon vichon teri laado kinna jammiya, des to ud diyan chittiyan chittiyan..... vichon teri laado (kinnane lejaania aye) doeeee.....

From what I can tell after a bit of googling, it's an old Punjabi song, with the first lines possibly being mixed in from an old Bollywood song. Kurunesh is a German musician with an interest in world and Indian music.
