Hi everybody, last Christmas I bought a first version of the Jeffcoat movie, with english subs: The image was very bad, so I bought & second version, without subs: Better one! I now have finished to translate it in french, but there are 4 expressions I am not sure of, could you please help me? First one:At 0:00:51 "Oh hey, for me, instant gratification isn't soon enough ." I guess it means that even if the parcel arrives very soon, it still too late. Is that so? Second one:At 0:23:25 "We're almost back." Does it mean that we'll come back another time to continue? Third one:At 0:33:28 "Don't sweat it, I'm going to expense it." Could it be: "Don't waste your time in speaking, I am going to pay the bill with the money of the compagny" ? And fourth one:At 1:30:16 "I've got that covered" Does Dave mean that he will manage the plasma screen (or he will take it for himself)? Thank you if you can answer me. You'll find the movie there: Enjoy this cute movie!

1). Yes, that is correct. 2). The original line doesn't seem to make sense in context-I think perhaps the actor was supposed to say "we're almost done" and said his line wrong. or maybe it's meant to show how uncomfortable he is with what Asha is saying, that he gets confused and says nonsense? 3). "Don't sweat it" means something more like "Don't worry about it," but yes, you have a good translation of this line otherwise. 4). Dave is saying that he has already found someone who will take the plasma screen. He is sort of implying that he's the one who will take it, but isn't saying that in so many words.
Hope this helps!

Hi odadune, thank you for your very fast replies! You helped me a lot, now I can finalize my srt, and rebuild the DVD (actually, I now create Blu-Ray Discs, the subs are better, thanks to Subtitle Edit and Tsmuxer). I am glad to see that I was close to the meanings of these expressions. Have a nice day PS: for number 2, maybe Todd wants to say: "We're almost back to work", because what they were doing was only training. Anyway, it doesn't really matter, I can complete the movie. Thanks again!
