If we both mean the same thing by sherwani, how about Bole Chudiyaan from K3G? Or Jogi Mahi from Bachna Ae Haseeno? (Tell your friends every man looks like Hrithik when they wear a sherwani, or at least like Kunal Kapoor.)

"Waistlength" blouses were specified, that cover the ladies' midrifts. I looked at these dances. Jogi Mahi has the women in cholis, or even half-cholis, that show the midrift. In Ledger Ledger (which everyone else calls Bole Chudiyaan) Kareena is wearing half-choli with string back, and so are most of her backup women. Kajol is wearing a full-"shirt" blouse that covers her midrift, except sometimes she raises her arms enough to show her bellybutton.
Ledger2 is one of My Top Ten Favorites. Jogi Mahi doesn't make my top hundred.

Sorry - I should have made it clear that I was only addressing the male part of the question, as that seemed to be the part causing most difficulty.

Thank you both! Those are excellent finds, MrB. Yeah, the wife seemed to have a pretty clear idea of what she wanted-it didn't sound like a combo I personally had seen, but if she was happy with it I wasn't going to argue. (And yes, she does know that a skirt is not a sari.) These are both great songs for Indian men's wear, and I appreciate you digging them up.

Another great song for the dancing men in sherwanis is "Bumbro" from Mission Kashmir. ETA : My mistake, they're not in sherwanis, actually, they're in Kurtas, but they can go both ways for this dance I think.
