Lately I've been watching Tere Mere Beech Mein on repeat...
... and thinking about romantic songs set in the home where the couple lives. I find them moving in a way exotic places like the Alps and the pyramids almost never are! Some other sweet ones are: my Favorite Love-Song of All Time, Khilli Re/Kalvare, from Raavan(an)
and the evergreen Aye Udi Udi Udi from Saathiya
What other ones am I missing? For example, there's just got to be a song like this in Wake Up Sid... right?

"Kabhi neem neem" from Yuva surely fits the bill.
And while I have never seen the movie and know basically nothing about Tamil films, I absolutely adore this gorgeous song, "En kadhal solla" from Paiyaa, which also fits the bill. (The scene where he fixes the shower door for her, guh.)

My go-to examples are both from the 1971 film Anubhav:
And from Itni Si Baat, on condition that you never try to watch any part of this movie except the songs:
Swayamvar 1981: Okay, so, they're both working as servants in somebody's else house, and this is only the beginning of their romance, but hey, they do both live here at this point in the story, and you cannot dispute the domesticity:
Fairly conventional romantic picturization that happens to taking place in the married couple's home, from Ab Tumhare Hawale Watan Sathiyo:
In terms of South Indian ones, I'm pretty sure there's at least one a piece in 100% Love and Ramana, but I'm just not finding them on youtube right now.
I did find this amusing variant on the concept from the Balakrishna vehicle "Simha"...what domestic bliss looks like when the male character is a hereditary prince. And a doctor. And of course, an axe-wielding, motorcycle-riding vigilante:

"Jashn-E-Bahaara" from Jodhaa Akbar. They talk a walk! They sit and feed birds together! All with the ease of a first date, but they're married and it's in their home, so it counts haha.
"Ae Sahib Ye Theek Nahin" from Khalnayak

I seem to recall one in Dhoom with Abhi and his on-screen missus, though IIRC it wasn't what you could particularly call 'romantic'.

This is a very original theme to bring up. I can already think of a few great ones...
This one from Baghban on the couple's anniversary is so incredibly sweet. I'm always charmed by Amitabh's cute little dance moves, young or old.
This one...technically cheating. It's in the portions with John and Vidya. Sure, they do leave their house too, but only to the places they go to on a daily basis. Work. The bus. Etc.
This one from Paheli. Actually, most songs from Paheli qualify. SO beautiful.
I think it's already a well-known fact that Guru Dutt was one of the world's greatest directors. This number is a great example.

Nice Topic!
Two of my all-time favourites are Bahon Mein Chale Aao from the movie Anamika (of course I had to post that!)...
...and Aaye Tum Yaad Mujhe from the Movie Mili.
I also love Aye Udi Udi Udi from the Film Saathiya, which has already been posted.
