Yes ! A frenchman is joining you ! Hi Bolly-fans ! I'm a 56 years old frenchman, and I love indian movies since I saw Kuch Kuch Hota Hai in 2005. Of course Kajol is my favourite, always on top, smiling, acting, dancing... so emotional ! And my favourite actors are Aamir, SRK, Amitabh and Abishek, John Abraham, and Dilip Kumar and Raj Kapoor for the oldies. But others are very good too, depends of the movie. I'm not really a fan of Salman nor Kareena, sorry for them ! Even though sometimes they fit perfectly with their characters. I found Bollywhat by Google. I was looking for a Bollywood Forum where I could discuss with fans from all over the world, I hope yours will be the one ! What I do : I am a maths help-teacher, and when I have time, I translate and rewrite subtitles from english (I tried to learn hindi, but I believe I'm too old now, my memory's not so good as before...) to put them back in the DVDs. See you soon on the forum, Patapin

Salut, Patapin
I share much of your preferences. Kajol, Aamir are for me among the greatest, Big B (Amitabh) and John Abraham are not among my top ten, though, and I also am not that much impressed of Kareena or Sallu. Vidya Balan, Tabu, Irrfan, Kumal Khemu, Konkona Sen Sharma, Nandita Das are also my top favs. J'aime la France, allez le bleu! But still, the magic and beauty of India has captured my heart much more.
Cordialement, Asko

Hello eedaja !
you've travelled a lot ! As we say in France "Les voyages forment la jeunesse" (Travelling keeps you young) Don't forget to use plural for "Allez le bleu", to say "Allez les bleus" (Come on you blue people) ! And I say "Come on, good-willing people from all over the world !"
