Manam directed by (Vikram Kumar of Yavarum Nalam and Ishq fame)

It's a multistarrer starring three generations of the Akkineni family : Telugu cinema icon ANR, superstar Nagarjuna and young Naga Chaitanya.

The film is reportedly based on "Back to the future" with ANR playing Nagajurna's (his real life son) son. Nagarjuna will himself play his son's, Naga Chaitanya, son.

Shriya Saran will be paired up opposite Nagarjuna. As for Naga Chaitanya, he will romance Samantha for the third time after Ye Maya Chesave and the yet-to-be-released Autonagar Surya.

Expected release date : October 2014

Pre-release screenings have started, and Ram Gopal Verma (@rgvzoomin) was gushing about it on twitter, FWIW. He is a very strange individual (we're talking the only modern director weird enough to make SLB look normal) but he does have a pretty good grasp of the film craft when he chooses to apply it. We may start seeing other reviews soon.
