Hello, I rewatched with great pleasure and after about 25mn, Kamini is named "Item Queen". I believe it's a nickname for someone who makes dance numbers, or comedy numbers, but I can't find the equivalent in French. Have you an idea?

That's about right: an item number is a sexy dance scene featuring a scantily clad woman, and some actresses specialise in them. Priyanka Chopra has done a few, though obviously they are not her main claim to fame. So an Item Queen is the queen of item numbers.
I think "item number" comes from the use of item to describe a sexy woman.

Hi MrB, I didn't know that meaning, but thanks to you, I found it in the Urban Dictionary paragraph 6
It's strange that "number" could also refers to a sexy woman paragrah#9 (and other things that I can' decently report here). You made me discover new words: item, scantily, and clad, thank you again. I searched on the web "item queen", but I should have looked for item numberWikipedia.fr speaks of Sushmita Sen in Sirf Tum, did you know?

Wikipedia.fr speaks of Sushmita Sen in Sirf Tum, did you know? Oh yes. The film is not that good, but Dilbar Dilbar is one of the great item numbers. Though, strictly speaking, some people would not count it as an item number, a Sush is also the star of the film. Her best item number is in Fiza though:

Thanks, I had seen that not-so-good movie Fiza, and this clip was the most interesting part, fabulous. And I like this non-item song:
