Hi girls and boys,
in the (excellent) movie "Fanaa" (2005), there is a dialogue that has always intrigated me.
At 0:09:56, a woman tour director hails a man: "Hey you, cartoon network!"
And the man replies:
"I am the Balwaan.
Not the Cartoon Network."
Though I searched, notably on urbandictionary, I still don't understand what a Cartoon Network could be in this scene. Can you help me, please?
And then, impossible for me to find the meaning of "Balwaan". Is there a reference to the movie "Balwaan" (1992)?
