Hello, For the 20th question about these particular idioms, here is poor Charlie brown in a 1986 June strip: ![](https://i11.servimg.com/u/f11/16/65/79/11/peanut10.jpg) The urban dictionary tells, abour Noodle neck (in two words): The feeling of having no bones in your neck while under the influence of drugs. Does that help? We also can find this term in a 1976 strip: ![](https://vignette4.wikia.nocookie.net/peanuts/images/2/2e/Pe760807.gif/revision/latest?cb=20140516210317) And an older one: ![](http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-QS5CQORNvSE/VQYhe5cL6nI/AAAAAAAAUNs/OFncL6h28U0/s1600/baseball1.jpg) Schulz seemed to like this word. But what is its meaning?

Searching around, I'm pretty sure noodle neck was a reference to a longer than average (ETA or maybe just a skinny) neck. The alliteration made it fun to say/write.
