Hello, For the 20th question about these particular idioms, here is poor Charlie brown in a 1986 June strip: The urban dictionary tells, abour Noodle neck (in two words): The feeling of having no bones in your neck while under the influence of drugs. Does that help? We also can find this term in a 1976 strip: And an older one: Schulz seemed to like this word. But what is its meaning?

Searching around, I'm pretty sure noodle neck was a reference to a longer than average (ETA or maybe just a skinny) neck. The alliteration made it fun to say/write.
