Hello everyone, I searched on the web and on my three English dictionaries, but couldn't find the expression. I guess it's when your nose is running and running. I am lucky not to be allergic, but my wife uses a lot of tissues!

I've never heard of nose rain either, but it might be an American phrase. I think the joke is that there is a rain shower following Snoopy's nose around, and he has just coined that term to refer to it.

Not familiar with nose rain; perhaps a regional expression. I assume it refers to a runny nose. Only other thing I can think of is that in places such as Florida, a rainstorm can be very localized. I've seen a cartoon showing rain in the back seat of a convertible while the front seat is dry.

That's it, I guess that if there exists such a rain, Charles Schulze makes a play on word. Not familiar with nose rain; perhaps a regional expression. I assume it refers to a runny nose. It remembers me Tex Avery's cartoons, in which such a gag was possible. When I was young, I had the chance to see a wall of rain coming to me. It was in Britain (North-West of France), where it often rains! Very strange sight. It happened to me once in 59 years!
