I'm intrigued. I enjoyed NH10, and have been looking forward to Anushka's subsequent productions. By the way, Diljit Dosanjh is a popular Punjabi singer who is also starring in Udta Punjab this year, and Suraj Sharma played the lead in Ang Lee's Life of Pi.

Anushka has, indeed, made a good choice regarding the casting of Diljit and and Suraj. I'm curious about the movie because it'll be more of a comedy than a thriller and the director is a debutant. I'm glad that Anushka is creating interesting work for herself. The poor girl has worked in the "worst" films of renowned directors were she has barely got to shine. In this regard she reminds me of Sonam or Kangna who have worked with lesser known/popular actors (in Bollywood) to be able to have more interesting/substantial roles. Anushka has also 2 other productions in the offing on of which is titled Caneda. I'm wondering if she'll star in those too. |
