Dia Mirza and Deepika from the Filmfare awards. I'd first seen a version of Deepika's dress in a round-up of who wore what at the Golden Globes. This woman wore a more risque black version. Even though I think the gold looks nicer, I still wouldn't wear it unless I was a singer at the bouzoukia and then perhaps I might wear it.

I think Deepika makes it work but I sure wouldn't wear it anywhere.
Is that Preity Zinta? Tell me it isn't so!

^ Dear Gods. Rubicon: Thank you for the correction. There's a group of BW women who, I'm afraid, I will spend the rest of my days never being able to tell them apart! My boy Kunal, who I always thought was a good and decent human being, appears to have mugged a clown and stolen his jacket... ...

More likely he beat up a goonda from a 1970s Manmohan Desai film for it, if that makes you feel any better. I'm just gonna pretend Tamannnaah's outfit is all Sajid Khan's fault. Somehow. Raveena's sari is rather too much, but she wears it with panache, as only a survivor of 90s Bollywood fashion can.

I guess it's breast not to write anything and let the picture speak for itself.

I kinda love Shruti's dress (color suits her fair skin) but more in a "take out of my closet and wear for an hour while I dance in front of my mirror, and then promptly change into something more sane", way. ETA: There definitely is a theme going on there with the breastplate bodice and the viking-esque hair.

Dill Bert we need to see the back o that we can get the full impact of the dress. Personally I don't mind this dress (and yes, the placing of that black circle is very unfortunate).

If Aftab and Nin were the hosts, then it's okay; I personally think the outfits are cute in a kitschy way but definitely too much if they're just walking the carpet for an awards show. About Bipasha-a beautiful women with dubious taste in men, clothes, and film projects-the less said the better.
