Reminded me of Laaptata. But yeah, kinda boring (vs Laaptata which is adorable and dreamy) But like that song, I'd love all Kat's clothes in this

3rd song video is out, this one for the title track, Bang Bang. LOVE the video. HATE the song. Tu Meri is decent enough and the tune has grown on me. Meherbaan is a pretty song, and I just swooned over the video, same for Tu Meri and this one. But this song. Omg, this song is terrible. The tune is this vague, meandering, electronic sounding thing, and Benny Dayal is such a poor choice for Hrithik. I think I am officially disappointed in this soundtrack, and that really breaks my heart, because after Krrish 3, I was really ready for a Hrithik movie to have songs I loved. That's not the case here.

Agreed on the songs-Hrithik, Shahid, and Varun all deserve to dance on the best tracks available, and they rarely seem to get those in recent years.
Not enthused by a few of the raunchier dance moves in Bang Bang title song, but overall I thought both leads looked good and did well, although there is again more emphasis on Hrithik. I've decided that the thing about the videos that I'm finding slightly "off" is the editing-Zee Music is putting out the music and promoting it, and I've had the impression some of their promo videos for earlier songs have not been well-cut.

I think I am officially disappointed in this soundtrack Same. None of the three songs they've released so far have been something I even kinda liked. Disappointing for sure. I also agree with you re: Benny Dayal...just not a good fit for Hrithik, and it's a little jarring to see/hear.

Hey guys, long time no post... I'm totally the opposite. I really liked the Bang Bang title song, and have hated the other songs. I've been watching it on repeat a bunch of times. Hrithik's moves are so slick! (Especially this part.) Song is pretty catchy too. Still won't make me watch the movie though...

Is it the plot or Katrina that makes you want to avoid Bang Bang?

A friend of mine has informed me that we will be seeing this, so I thought I'd check out the music, and I think my taste must match Mala's. My favourite song out of the batch was the title song and I'm not too enthused about seeing it for the same reasons. Hopefully it'll be better than I expect...

If I remember correctly from the old board, this wouldn't be the first time. Must be fun being told when you'll be seeing a movie. I'm usually that one that has to hunt down willing victims to go with me if there's a movie I want to watch.

Uff video:
I like it: song is cute, the dance moves are fairly G-rated (unlike Bang Bang), the fantasy winter sets are nifty (ala Hangover or the title track to Katrina's own Humko Deewana Kar Gaye), and for once Katrina actually does something in one of these videos.

I'm usually that one that has to hunt down willing victims to go with me if there's a movie I want to watch. You remembering right! I guess I'm lucky that I grew up in a part of the country that is very desi. Lots of my friends are of that background, and we're all into movies, so it's only natural... There was something weird about seeing someone all dolled up and swinging around in a tire. lol I have to say the visuals were more interesting to me than the song, though. Some of the sets were quite nice, like you said.
