I'll start by reposting this one I saw somewhere of a very young Javed Jeffrey and Farah Khan dancing together:
The male backup dancers in this include a very very young Arshad Warsi and Sajid Khan. Sajid Khan linked to it on his twitter feed and said they got paid 400 rs apiece per day for the work:

I've never been certain about this, but am fairly sure that the song Khoyee Khoyee Aankhein Hain from Tehzeeb includes Mumait Khan as a backing dancer before she achieved item girl superstardom in Munnabhai MBBS. She's the nurse on Arjun's left from about 15 seconds in.

I believe she is also a construction worker at 1:15, and a normal person at 3:10.
In another film, Mumaith backed up Shamita Shetty.

This song from Bhagwaan Dada has a nice, if short appearance of a 12 year old Hrithik Roshan dancing alongside Sridevi - looking absolutely adorable, and showing an uncanny sense of rhythm and natural grace even at this tender age. |

I find HR appearing several times: sometimes with Sri, sometimes with two other boys, sometimes by himself, and finally pulling some other adults onto the Dance Grounds. He seems to have been "on set" the entire time, dancing or watching.
As for Sridevi, she dances Great! I think I will put this onto my list of Favorite Sridevi Dances, & even my BW Top Twenty-one!

later: checking Bhagwaan Dada in Wikipedia, I find that HR has Fifth Billing, after Rajanikanth, Danny Denzongpa, Rakesh Roshan, Sridevi. Here in CGCJK, HR enters with Rajanikanth & a woman (Tina Munim?) first, before Sri starts to dance. She gives a garland to R, & then HR hands her one to give to RR, who is hesitant. This Dance advances the Plot, by showing relationships among the people. Definitely Top 21! D
