In eight years, 1990-97, these three movies were made, about Rich Girl/Poor Boy Romances (1 with Rich Boy/Poor Girl also).
Dil 1990: Aamir Khan, Madhuri Dixit. Writers: Rajeev Kaul, Naushir Khatau, Kamlesh Panday, Praful Parekh. Producer/Director Indra Kumar
Raja Hindustan 1996: Aamir Khan, Kharisma Kapoor. Writers: Dharmesh Darshan, Robin Bhatt. Producers: Ali Morani, Karim Morani, Bunty Sorma. Director: Dharmesh Darshan.
Ishq 1997: Aamir Khan, Juhi Chawla, Ajay Devgn, Kajol. Writers: Praful Parikh, Rajiv Kaul. Producer: Gordhan Tanwani. Director: Indra Kumar
I deem that a comparison of these three films, especially their Themes and the ways they were treated, could be of Great Interest.
I note that Indra Kumar, Rajeev\Rajiv Kaul, and Praful Parekh\Parikh were involved with both Dil and Ishq.

Raja Hindustani is my guilty pleasure. I make fun of it, but I love it.

Raja Hindustani is my guilty pleasure. I make fun of it, but I love it. Same here! I'll never forget the fight-with-baby scene at the end.
