Sometimes I open my old closet, and I watch a nostalgic series. This Elizabeth Montgomery was such an actress! I miss you. Now, I am puzzled by the last sentence said by Endora ("Yes, and I hope you do."). Is it acerbic?

After he says, "Have you heard about my trip?", her reply means that she hopes he does trip i.e. trip up and fall over. I looked for a cleverer meaning, but couldn't find one.

Hello MrB, you're right, I didn't think of this meaning. So, Endora surely wants Darrin to stumble, or have a bad trip. Thanks.
