Hi, and Happy New Year 2016 ! Peace and laughs for all the world Can you help me to laugh more? There are some expressions I don't understand: "Looking at 4 twigs"? I guess it means waiting without doing anything. "Snowman arms"? Is it a kind of army? "Worm group"? Could it be a pun with "Workgroup"? Hope you laughed at those!

This is a play on the phrase staring at four walls, so yes, you got the idea. Hotels are sometimes named "... Arms" such as "Windsor Arms". My guess would be it's a reference to dining groups: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Social_dining

Another point is that these "jokes" are not all that funny. Snoopy is teasing his friend, but in a rather mean way. ("mean" here means both "petty" and "cruel.")
4 twigs make a very small nest. "Worm group" is any social group, such as ... us, Bollywhat.
